TOYOTA FL16 Flyer
The TOYOTA FL16 flyer features an upper-spindle, closed-suspension design equipped with various types of steel pressers. It is engineered for high-speed operation, exhibits low sensitivity to fluctuations in temperature and humidity, and results in a low yarn breakage rate. The FL16SL flyers manufactured by our company are fully interchangeable with the original flyers supplied by Toyota.

TOYOTA FL100 Flyer
In the TOYOTA FL100 flyer, after passing through the hollow arm, the roving is guided onto the presser arm and wound onto the bobbin via the presser guide hole. By eliminating the "free section"—a characteristic of traditional flyers that is susceptible to the impact of high-velocity airflow—this design effectively reduces roving hairiness and yarn defects.

ZS 200 Series Flyer
The ZS 200 Series Flyer features a high-strength aluminum alloy body, while its roving channel consists of a closed stainless steel tube. This design effectively eliminates the drawbacks associated with traditional flyers—specifically, the susceptibility of aluminum channels to wear and surface scratching, as well as cleaning difficulties; and the tendency of steel flyers to deform or rust. The precision-cast stainless steel presser foot undergoes a specialized finishing treatment to achieve a surface roughness exceeding 0.4. This ensures consistent presser foot geometry and uniform friction coefficients across the entire machine, thereby minimizing variations in roving elongation and reducing yarn breakage caused by fluctuations in spinning tension. Furthermore, the specialized polyurethane false-twisters supplied with the flyers enhance the false twist imparted to the roving, contributing significantly to a reduction in yarn breakage, a decrease in roving elongation variability, and an overall improvement in roving quality.

HOWA Closed-Type Suspended Flyer
The HOWA closed-type suspended flyer is designed for high-speed operation and features a low roving breakage rate. Our company supplies flyer spare parts identical to those used in RME and RMH roving frames. Furthermore, we have supplied—in volume—closed-type flyers specifically adapted for the conversion of RMK roving frames from an open-type flyer configuration. This solution proves to be an extremely economical and practical method for enhancing both the spinning quality and production output of RMK roving frames. Three types of pressers are available for users to choose from.
