The precision-cast stainless steel presser foot undergoes a specialized finishing treatment to achieve a surface roughness exceeding 0.4. This ensures consistent presser foot geometry and uniform friction coefficients across the entire machine, thereby minimizing variations in roving elongation and reducing yarn breakage caused by fluctuations in spinning tension. Furthermore, the specialized polyurethane false-twisters supplied with the flyers enhance the false twist imparted to the roving, contributing significantly to a reduction in yarn breakage, a decrease in roving elongation variability, and an overall improvement in roving quality.
