Wuxi Zhongshi Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuxi Zhongqiao Textile Machinery Parts Factory) began developing suspended-spindle flyers for roving frames in 1984, followed by the development of a new type of supported-spindle flyer in 1998. Through years of unremitting effort, Zhongshi flyers have become standard components for all roving frame manufacturers in China; furthermore, the company supplies flyers compatible with machines from leading international brands such as Toyota, Howa, Rieter, Zinser, and Marzoli. The company holds a leading position within the industry across key metrics—including innovation, product quality, range of specifications, production volume, and export volume—and commands a domestic market share of 90%. Currently, the company boasts an annual production capacity of 240,000 sets of suspended-spindle flyers, 120,000 sets of supported-spindle flyers, and 360,000 pressers. Our corporate philosophy centers on serving textile mills wholeheartedly, while our product quality standard is defined by achieving complete customer satisfaction. We regard continuous innovation and the pursuit of excellence as the fundamental guiding principles for our corporate development. In 2014, we participated—as the sole flyer manufacturer—in the drafting of the national standard for cotton spinning roving frames equipped with suspended spindles and automatic doffing systems. In 2015, we became a member entity of the Sub-committee on Spinning, Dyeing, and Finishing Machinery under the National Technical Committee on Textile Machinery and Accessories Standardization. In 2016, the "Zhongshi" brand was officially recognized as a "Famous Trademark of Jiangsu Province." In 2017, acting as the primary drafting unit, we participated in the formulation and revision of the industry standard for suspended-spindle flyers used in roving frames.
